Bank Ekonomi to Achieve its Strategic Goals with SAP ERP HCM

SAP announced that Bank Ekonomi, one of Indonesia's growing banks, implements SAP ERP Human Capital Management (HCM) to increase information transparency, management control, process standardization, data accuracy, and efficiency.

The solution equips executives, HR professionals, and line managers to hire the best talent, as well as train and cultivate the skills of their workforce.

According to Valent Kutratio, the Organization Development Head of Bank Ekonomi, they would like to turn Human Resources (HR) as a strategic partner where they align HR activities with organizational objectives. Kutratio adds, their existing manual system is difficult to keep up with business growth. It is quite fragmented to be able to support Human Resources end-to-end process effectively.

"We need to improve information accessibility and be able to effectively control and manage daily HR transactions in the regions and working units. High level management reports are needed to better directs the organization into the new heights, which now difficult to get. Basically, it simply provides administrative assistance and we need to have HR system with real value for line managers," said Kutratio.
