Tip for Doing Screen Capture with PHP and GD |

To get a snapshot of a HTML page, a window or a complete screen was always something tricky to do in PHP. However, Pierre Alain Joye provides a solution for this.
He talks about a way to compare the rendered pages in the browsers itself. But he found out that it was too time-consuming. But implementing imagegrabscreen and imagegrabwindow helped him to solve this problem too. Both these tools were able to capture the whole screen or a window.
He gives a screenshot of an Internet example. If you want to experiment more, he suggests you to check out the IBrowser2 documentation at MSDN. He tells you that it should work with any kind of window as long as you give the correct handle ->HWND.
