The PECL Releases of the week are a PDO driver for IBM Informix databases, a PDO driver for IBM databases, a timezone Database to be used with PHP's date and time functions, a time zone Database to be used with PHP's date and time functions and an extension for IBM DB2 Universal Database, IBM Cloudscape, and Apache Derby.
