Web site for International Real Estate Launched

An international real estate web site dubbed atOnePlace.com has been unveiled. The site allows developers from different countries to showcase their projects in a simple form and offers buyers tools to be informed of any new projects that show up in location of their choice.

The marketplace is being launched starting with Indian Properties and has other countries like China, Taiwan, Brazil and others on its roadmap. In India, the company has more than 42 developers in its pipeline covering almost all states and over 75 cities in India. The Beta site of atOnePlace goes live with developers like Parsavnath, Omaxe, Unitech Pearls Infrastructure and Purvankara Projects and a network of agents across USA and Canada to facilitate fulfillment.

"Selling Real estate is not similar to selling books on Amazon.com. Real estate is a high-ticket item and needs buyers to make a much-informed decision. Information is Power and that's why Google became Google. We strive to provide the speed and depth of information to our customers and then provide them with a framework to connect locally to buy their dream home 1000’s of miles away, without having to go there”, says the Founder CEO of atOnePlace.com, Gunjan Garg.

"Realtors are professionals who invest a lot of time and energy in learning of new opportunities, analysing and managing their inner circle of customers. They bring tremendous amount of value to the table—both for the buyer and for the seller. They can't be ignored" said Garg.
