Apple CEO Steve Jobs has said that the company will make all efforts to stop unauthorised hacking of the iPhone.

iPhone currently works on AT&T Network in the US and before November it will be sold only in the US. Almost a month after the phone was launched in the US on July 29, hackers have been posting details on the net on the ways to hack the iphone and use it on networks other than AT&T.

Steve Jobs, speaking after announcing the launch of iPhone in the US said, "It's a cat-and-mouse game. We try to stay ahead. People will try to break in, and it's our job to stop them breaking in."

O2 is the carrier that will be selling the iPhone in the UK. It has struck a deal with a Wi-Fi provider called The Cloud that will give iPhone users unlimited wireless access to some 7,500 hot spots in Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
