Microsoft has launched a Bluetooth Notebook Mouse 5000 to be used with notebook computers.
Microsoft said that over half of the notebooks shipping next year will have Bluetooth built-in, and a wireless Bluetooth mouse makes connectivity even more convenient than a traditional wireless mouse.
The 5000 is a laser mouse with a battery life indicator. Microsoft says a set of new batteries can power the mouse for almost three months.
It features right and left click buttons, a scroll wheel with click functionality and a 4th back button for easier web navigation. The mouse can also actually be turned off with an power button as well, to further save its battery power. |
